This application has now been amended, and a summary of the main changes are set out below;
Amended plans to confirm the location and quantity of lighting columns (4).
OBJECTION. There are flats in the immediate vicinity to the planning application. Further clarification will be required in regards to the type of lighting to be used in respect of luminosity and whether downward facing. The fact that the lighting will remain on until 11.00 p.m.
The mesh fencing proposed does not extend to the floor which could mean entrapment of rubbish. A litter management strategy should be put in place for the patio area so that this space is regularly monitored and kept rubbish free.
