We are looking for a motivated, organised, hard working, dedicated and reliable apprentice to work within the nursery and train for their Level 2 or 3 certificate in childcare. Apply if you are genuinely interested in a career within the childcare sector.
Full training is given! A robust induction and mentoring process is in place to support your quality of learning. We are looking for someone who can start immediately due to growth in child numbers. The initial training contract will be for one year and you will be paid a training allowance each month. Most of our trainees are offered a permanent contract once qualifying if they show a high standard of care and passion for the role.

Dawn to Dusk Day Nursery Swanley (Ltd) is as well-established provider of childcare from the age 3 months to 5 years. Our nursery has been open for 25 years, we have successfully trained many students. We are well known locally for providing a friendly extended family approach to childcare. We currently have a waiting list for child places and most of our recommendations are by word of mouth.
Working Hours and How to Apply:
Our operating hours are 7.00am – 7.00pm Monday to Friday, 50 weeks per year. You would work 8 hours a day with 28 days holiday a year.

Nursery Practitioner/Room Leader

Starting Salary: negotiable.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus, Signing bonus, Yearly bonus
Experience: Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

We are looking for a motivated, organised, hardworking, dedicated, and reliable, qualified childcare professional to work within the nursery as a key person or Room Leader. Our nursery has been open for 25 years and have great team of staff! We are looking for someone who can start within a few weeks due to growth in child numbers.
We currently have a waiting list for child places and most of our recommendations are by word of mouth. Apply if you are looking to work with innovative and forward-thinking childcare enthusiasts that hold a real passion for the industry!
The right candidate must be professional at all times. Also, good problem-solving skills and a great attitude to working in a team would be fantastic!
Your daily routine would be working with children within a specific room. You would be in the same room every day, getting to know the children and nurturing their development under the supervision of an experienced room leader.
NEW BUILDING – ROOM LEADER Our brand new bespoke building is in Swanley Park! With an additional two rooms, we will train or appoint an experienced room leader.

This is a full time roll of 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Part-time or a reduced day would be considered for the right candidate.
