11804 DECISIONS TO BE CONSIDERED BY SWANLEY TOWN COUNCIL

22/03052/HOUSE 7 Five Wents Swanley Kent BR8 7LE – COMMENTS DUE BY 09/12/2022
Proposed first floor side and rear extension.

A member of the public asked to speak on this application and raised concerns about the proposed development.

Due to the layout of the property boundary, the proposed development would have an unsightly and overbearing affect on their property and would cause loss of light.

Photos of the current view and proposed development were supplied for review.

It was asked what sort of outlook they would have from their property.

The resident said that there would be three solid brick walls of double height with no windows which would also impact the light into their garden and internal space.

OBJECTION – A very imposing development which would have an adverse affect and severe loss of amenity value due to the loss of light in the garden and in the dwelling for the residents living at No. 8 Five Wents.

19:50 The member of public left the meeting.
