This application has now been amended, and a summary of the main changes are set out below;
The side windows of the rear extension have been reduced in size and been Obscured to ensure that the neighbouring privacy is safeguarded.
The front second floor window has been reduced in size.
OBJECTION. We note that the side windows of the side extension have been reduced in size and would have obscured glass for the benefit of privacy for the neighbouring property. Also, that the front second floor window has been reduced in size. However, all of our previous objections of the 11th January 2024 still hold.
