OBJECTION – This application is out of context in design with surrounding properties, contrary to planning policy EN1. The proposed plans do not facilitate a garage, therefore, off street parking would be reduced, this would potentially create on road parking issues in an already vehicle congested location. Planning policy T2 refers to this. Additionally, visual splays appear to be insufficient, therefore on street parking should be discouraged.
