We previously wrote to you to inform you that this application was invalid and therefore was not under consideration. We can now confirm that this application has been re-validated and is pending consideration. A summary of the main changes are set out below;
Design and access statement received.
There are only 17 car parking spaces for 20 flats. Additional building at this location will further compound the problem. Commuters to London are leaving their cars in Downsview which is a private road and already causing congestion. Houses opposite the entrance to the site in Goldsel Road have allocated parking bays. Serious consideration must be given to the lack of parking in this area and a construction management plan would also need to be set in place.
There are protected trees within the site and these should be retained.
Public rights of way must be adhered to.
