NO OBJECTION – In 2019 we objected to this application (19/01698) and our previous reservations still apply. Additionally, we believe that this building would be out of context with surrounding properties, contrary to planning policy EN2. However, as the design and scale of this application has not changed since being approved by Sevenoaks District Council in 2019, we regrettably can offer no objection. We would, due to the close proximity to a railway line of this application, propose that an advisory for a noise and vibration assessment survey is put forward. Additionally, as this location often floods, a flood risk survey is recommended.
