To approve as correct the Minutes of the Meetings held on Wednesday 19th January 2022.

11454 TO RECEIVE THE MONTHLY FINANCES
It was questioned why salaries were higher in January. The CEO clarified that January incorporated one off incentive payments.
It was asked why January was a less busier month at The Olympic than December. RFO explained that this was due to the festive period being busier with more footfall coming through, January is always a quieter month.
It was questioned why there was an increase in the payment under 5011 The Olympic for licences. RFO clarified this was for the music PPL and PRS music licenses.
Under Swanley Park it was asked why Swanley New Barn Railway income was less than forecasted. The RFO said there will be no additional income the difference was a discount applied for SNBR undertaking remedial works.
It was asked why there is no income for Café in Park since September. RFO clarified this is invoiced in three tranches and that no more is due in this financial year.
It was questioned why 7301 was higher. RFO clarified this was repairs to the tipper truck both passenger side windows needed repairing and lighting needed replacing also.
