11414 – TO RECEIVE THE MONTHLY FINANCES
It was discussed what a great month the venues had in December, the increase in bookings was due to the restrictions being placed on larger events and consequently people electing to book with us.

It was questioned why the electricity bill was so high at The Olympic.

The RFO confirmed that there is an increase in usage due to greater occupancy levels and the overall electricity usage is being monitored.

It was asked why there was a reduction in sales for The Barnyard in December.

The RFO explained that there will be a new marketing plan in place to increase footfall, also there were days the Soft Play was closed over the Christmas period.

It was asked whether The Great Outdoors operates in November and December.

The CEO explained that there was a long period that they did not operate for, but that we will see some of the periods income in January as payment for the days the business was operational was made later than normal.
