Kettlewell Allotments (Swanley Town Council Owned)
Swanley Town Council have 38 allotment plots based at the Kettlewell Allotments, Swanley Park.
These allotments are hired to residents of Swanley, living specifically within the Swanley Wards.
There are currently 9 large and 29 regular size plots at Kettlewell Allotments.
Tenants of the allotments renew the tenancy on a yearly basis.
At present the cost of a large size plot is £40.00 per year and the regular size plot is £20.00 per year.
An agreement is then signed by both Swanley Town Council and the tenant.
Tenants need to ensure that the allotments are clean and maintained in a good state of cultivation.
Swanley Town Council will inspect plots in early spring and mid-summer.
Tenants can request a shed/greenhouse on their allotment plot.
Swanley Town Council would require this in writing confirming measurements of the outbuilding.

Tenants are entitled to park within the allotments free of charge by obtaining a Swanley Park Car Parking Permit from The Swanley Link.
Petham Allotments (Swanley Town Council Owned)
Swanley Town Council have 50 plots based at a second allotment site at Petham Allotments.
These allotments are hired to residents of Swanley, living specifically within the Swanley Wards.
At present the cost of a large size plot is £44.00 per year and the regular size plot is £22.00 per year. Members additionally pay a subscription of £3.50 annually to the National Allotment Society.

Swanley Village Cottage Allotments (Swanley Village Trust Owned)
This location has 14 plots on the site opposite The Red Lion pub.
At present the cost of a full size plot is £60.00 per year and is reviewed annually.

Swanley Village Church Allotments (Edgells Trust Owned)
This location has 16 plots based at a second allotment site at Petham Allotments.
At present the cost of a large size plot is £40.00 per year and the regular size plot is £20.00 per year.
