A summary of the main changes are set out below; Correct documents received for a householder application for this address.

NO OBJECTION SUBJECT TO:

  1. A condition set in place that a bat licence is obtained so that a registered consultant can attend during disturbance works to ensure bats are safely removed and located to suitable habitats, such as bat boxes, close to their original locations.
  2. A condition that a sensitive lighting design is used at night e.g. low light narrow spectrum, so that bats are not disturbed in flight.
  3. A Construction Ecological Management Plan to incorporate the above in (2) and that additional native planting and habitats are made available for not just bat boxes but also bird boxes, log piles, hedgehog homes and access via openings in close boarded fencing for hedgehog highways.
  4. Clearance of the site and demolition should be undertaken outside bird nesting season.
