Given the advice on public events by the NHS and Health England the Annual Town Meeting to be held at 7:30pm on the 25th March 2020 will be a ‘Non Attendance Meeting’.
However, the council will be operating a social media question and answer forum on its social media pages and web site and both staff and councillors will be providing immediate responses to residents questions.
In addition, we will be taking phone calls between 7:30pm and 9pm so residents can ask questions of staff and councillors.
The Annual Report will be available for viewing on both social media and web pages or people can request an e mail copy.

Questions can be sent to us now by email, standard mail or by ringing the office, with answers given on the night of the meeting.
While it may not be possible to answer all questions immediately, we will endeavour to provide responses when we are able.
This is not an ideal situation but we hope to satisfy the needs of the majority of people by providing this service.
