The Swanley Wildlife & Nature Group of volunteers has been working in Swanley Park since 2001 to create a wonderful Environment Area featuring a wildflower meadow, new hedges and creating other habitat areas for insects and bugs. The group have made bird boxes and thanks to a Swanley People First grant award the group will be planting more hedges, buying some interpretive signs and extending the wildflower meadow.

The Group meet on the last Saturday in every month from 10am - 12noon in the top car park, off The Spinney in Swanley Park.
New Volunteers to the Wildlife & Nature Group are always welcome, especially families.
